Student Complaint and Grievance Procedures:

In the event a student has issues or complaints against the school, the steps for filing the complaint and resolving the problem is as follows:

First Step:      The student should address their concerns with the course instructor.                   

Step Two:      Discuss the matter with the School Director.

Step Three:    Should the school be unable to resolve the matter to the student’s satisfaction, the individual may contact the following:
